Located just 5 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD and in the cultural centre of Payneham, it is a perfect location for your special wedding day, 21st birthday party or business meetings. The interior of the club is beautifully decorated for formal gatherings or the more casual get togethers and can accommodate anywhere from 10 to 400 people. We also specialise in corporate hire. The San Giorgio La Molara Community Centre offers three prestige and modern function rooms, perfect to suit any event from 10 to 400 people. A room hire fee applies which allows the complete use of the function room chosen.

The Main Hall is our premier venue and is located in the main building. It can accommodate a minimum of 100 guests to over 400 in a magnificent atmosphere. It is the perfect reception centre for your wedding, cocktail or birthday party. The Main hall features a dance floor, stage, bar, and beautiful contemporary chandelier, creating an elegant and warm atmosphere, a lasting touch on your special day. Come see the Main Hall in person or make an appointment with our function coordinator who will ensure all your needs are met.

Members Hall

The Members Hall is the perfect room for those smaller and more intimate events and functions. It is ideal for cocktail functions, seminar, workshops and birthdays. This hall can cater from 10 to 100 guests, depending on the function you require.  This hall features a small dance floor, bar and plasma television for presentations.

The Conference Room

The Conference Room is located on the second level of the building and is ideal for small meetings, workshops and seminars. It can cater to a maximum of 30 guests. The Conference Room features large meeting table and air conditioner, suitable for any work meetings or workshops.

The Games Room

The Games Room is located adjacent the Members Hall and is ideal for small game nights, get togethers or an excellent place to keep the children occupied while having a function in the Members Hall. This room offers 3 pool tables, playing Italian cards such as Scopa and Briscola, Darts Board, Plasma Television connected to Nintendo Wii console, various Wii games included and 2 Foos-Ball Soccer Tables. It is a great room for kids and adults of any age.
